Our room was huge and spacious, offered with king size bed, the bathroom, as for instance. Efficient staff that liked their guests. The location of the hotel was particularly good and incredible - not very far from Dolmenweb Renaissance Square. Besides, it was not too far away from downtown, that worked for us.

Plenty of good options for meal. Wonderfully friendly and efficient staff and management. A good location with garden view, really close to San Marco, local bars in the next corner, and Burano and Torcello. Plenty of food options within walking distance of the venue.

The staff are efficient and the location is great close to Vapporeto stop. Make sure you stay in the double room with very big towels. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet!

Extremely convenient & nice hotel, amazing location near a good bistro, efficient staff. Brand-new a double room with the bathroom and huge bed, for example. Free parking on site provided. Location next to the Venice airport, several good restaurants and the main tourist areas.

Everything was great from the staff to the room, exceptionally comfortable bed and spotless room. The staff was very nice and welcoming all day long. Besides, the location was marvellous and brilliant for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of an ornate footbridge. And the area was lovely, not far from a charming garden, gondolas for drinks until late on at night and the centre. We found out affordable prices in the hotel...

The location here is quiet and perfect, with a bus station nearby, and the staff are all caring and provide great tips about the city.

Great location, super close to the water taxi and the Rialto Bridge, so easy to get around. The room was really spacious with a big work desk, coffee/tea maker, and a comfy sitting area. 😊

Recently stayed at the guesthouse for a short city break. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, and the decor was lovely. The location was perfect, with local bars just around the corner and a short walk to the center of Cannaregio. The host was extremely kind and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early. They also provided us with great recommendations for nearby bars and restaurants. a great experience with friendly staff and a convenient location.

It is also situated away from the main tourist areas, allowing for a more authentic experience. it is located on the local bar street, giving guests plenty of options for dining and entertainment. Lastly, the guest house is in a quiet part of the city, ensuring a peaceful and restful stay.

The tea/coffee making facilities could have been improved, as the table in the room was unstable and potentially dangerous.
